Dear Gurus,
I now co-owned my 3 room HDB with my mother. My mother is an unwed parent hence she's technically considered as single, right. Plus the flat we are staying now, she has bought 2 HDB resale flats (with no subsidy). My current flat is paid up. My qns is can i sell my share to my mother and she retain house as sole owner? Will HDB allow joint tenancy/family nucleu be covert to Single Singapore Citizen scheme? Becos currently HDB rejected my application to withdraw my name saying my mother cannot own flat by herself. Can i then transfer it thru hdb resale part-share?
Please give advice as i need to take out my name without having to sell my flat.
